Who/what influences your teaching and practice currently?

Āyurveda is for the body. Yoga is for the mind. Āyurveda and Yoga, together, is a powerful depth of wisdom to inspire the experience of a well nourished life.

How do you apply yoga practice to your every day life?

Through my yoga practice, I have learned to pause, listen deeply and then speak and act compassionately in alignment with my life intention (as best I can!)

What is a fun fact about you?

My favorite way to play in the ocean is kitesurfing.

What can students expect from your class?

A Nourish Flow class will start with a short dharma talk to clarify intention; followed by prāṇāyāma to awaken the body, mind, spirit connection; mantra to align with subtle vibrations; asana to strengthen tissues and clear channels; and finishing with meditation to cultivate deep listening. The steady pace will balance vāta, the efficiency in conscious breath and alignment will delight pitta, and the heat of inner awareness will melt excess kapha. You will leave feeling grounded, easeful, and vibrant.

All levels are welcome.
